Something Lost, Something Gained: Researcher seeks British companies to study

Kate Hammer

Bob Townley FRSA is looking to understand how the ways change is managed may influence the outcomes. I liked the fact that Bob's research is open to the idea that people and wider organisations may gain from change; but also that emotional loss is real. So I decided to help him recruit research sites.

To complete his doctoral studies at the University of Leicester, School of Management, Bob is currently looking for 2-3 organisations to interview. Please get in touch if:

  • Your business, social enterprise or organisation in the voluntary sector has 5-50 staff
  • Is located in the UK
  • is changing and evolving, either through a managed process or by growing, diversifying or responding to changes in the sector or marketplace
  • 3-5 of your people could be interviewed onsite sometime Jan - Jun 2016

If you can help, please read on.
